MArina Manager
Starting at Deganwy Marina in July 2007 as a berthing master, Tony brought with him a wealth of knowledge of boating, from family-owned fishing boats with regular trips to puffin island and Moelfre, to winning multiple awards and competing.
In 2019 Tony was promoted to the Marina Manager, where his duties include health and safety, boat lifts, environmental compliance, marina maintenance, dredging along with the day to day running of the Marina and ensuring the safety of all staff and customers
Assistant Manager, Hoist Operator
Simon has been at Deganwy Marina since 2015, not from a boating background having spent most of his working life in the Prison sector but eager to learn and get involved. Since joining he has have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the marina. He will always be found being extremely industrious in the office and is always willing to assist customers with any questions.
SENIOR BERTHING MASTER
Eamonn has worked at the Marina since January 2021, he can be found around the marina fulfilling many roles including hoist driver, boat tower and conducting maintenance jobs. He started his boating life as a kayak and scuba instructor. Eamonn enjoys sailing on his yacht Jameelah which is berthed in the marina.
BERTHING MASTER AND HOIST DRIVER
From the coastal town of Llandudno. Kyle has always enjoyed boating starting with fishing at a young age. Joining the team in 2020, working at the marina has given Kyle the opportunity to work hands on with boats all year round and in an industry which he has a passion for.
BERTHING MASTER
Since serving his apprenticeship at Dickies boatyard at 16. Paul has been involved with boats his whole working life, from boat repairs to working at both Conwy and most recently Deganwy Marina for the past 9 years. As a youngster, Paul enjoyed sailing the family fife one-design racing yacht. He can now be found working permanent night shifts at the marina.
